Argentinian women called up for 2018

 

Coach Guillermo Orduna'a Argentina will participate in the inaugural edition of the FIVB Volleyball Nations League

Buenos Aires, Argentina, March 27, 2018 - Two groups of players have been called up to play for Argentina's women's national team in 2018. They will start training on April 17 at the CeNARD facilities outside Buenos Aires under coach Guillermo Orduna.

The South American country are preparing to participate in the inaugural edition of the FIVB Volleyball Nations League where they are one of four challenger teams in the women's tournament. They will play their opening match in Pool 1 in Ekaterinburg, Russia on the weekend of May 15 to 17.


Argentina celebrate defeating Croatia in the 2017 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix

Argentina are also looking ahead to their participation in the 2018 edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship which takes place in Japan from September 29 to October 20. They will also participate in the Pan-American Cup in the Dominican Republic in July and the South American Games in Cochabamba, Bolivia at the end of May.
